    Establishd in the year 2007, Weiyin Investment Co., Ltd., is domiciled in the 5th Floor, Laford Centre, 838 Lai Chi Kok Rd., Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and is proprietary to two apparel brands: CARGO and QTYM.
   是集設計、生產、銷售為一體的專業化品牌服裝公司。公司於2008年初在香港開設首家旗艦店。將在著名藝人陳小春先生的親自設計及帶領下，堅持專營原創設計時尚、個性的休閒服飾及配飾，推崇個人自我風格和創意為出發點，主張獨特個性及潮流元素容入服飾當中，以舒適和個性的裝束為消費者帶來傳統以外的形象。
   The Company is a specialized brand garment player with integrated operation of design, production and merchandising. At the beginning of 2008, the Company opened the first flagship store in Hong Kong. Chaired by Jordan Chan, the famous artist, the Company specializes in fashionable and individual casual wears and accessories of its original creation. Highlighting me identity and creativity, the Company advocates integration of unique, individual and trendy elements into dress and creates consumers different image from tradition by comfortable and individualized dressing.

   本著 “以設計為靈魂，以生產為根本，以銷售為主導” 的經營理念，大力實施品牌運營戰略，堅持差異化產品、差異化營銷、差異化服務。在市場競爭中使企業規模不斷擴大，品牌無限延伸。
    Pursuing the business tenet “Design the Soul, Production the Basis and Sales the Engine”, the Company is launching a forceful brand strategy by adhering to differential product, differential marketing and differential service. The Company survives the fierce market competition and grows continuously, with its brand influence expanding ceaselessly.
   2008年內公司將在香港、澳門、泰國/曼谷、法國/巴黎、保加利亞/索非亞、哈撒克斯坦/阿拉木圖、俄羅斯/莫斯科等地相繼開設專店。2009年將以中國內地市場為基地，以獨特的品牌文化為基礎，致力打造國際知名品牌。
    In 2008, the Company will open in succession monopoly shop in Hong Kong, Macao, Bangkok (Thailand), Paris (France), Sofia (Bulgaria), Alma-Ata (Kazakhstan). Starting from 2009, the Company will, rooting in mainland China market and based on unique brand culture, commit in creating an international known brand.
